Did you know that you can have your van serviced at the Vandoit facility? If you are the current owner of a Vandoit, the Vandoit Service Team offers a variety of services and upgrades that can make your van experience even more enjoyable.

Available Service Packages Include:

Full Maintenance inspection – This is an inspection to check all Vandoit installed components including:

Framing, electrical, fan seals, gear slide, beds, drawers, water system, etc.
Espar Furnace Maintenance
Lithium system programming
Roof leak test

Available Upgrades Include:

Electrical system
Replace your AGM system with Lithium
Add new management devices
Add more battery storage
Add galley and kitchen modules
Accessories such as bug walls, storage solutions, or window curtains
Exterior accessories such as storage boxes, ladders, or lighting

Other Available Services:

Suspension upgrades: Add a Qlift or upgrade your suspension components for a better ride
Oil change
Tire rotation
New brakes and rotors

Everyone was extremely helpful during each step of the process. My biggest problem was that I have trouble visualizing designs and colors from a phone or computer screen. Even with that the final product came out great. People keep coming up to me when I get gas or park anywhere to tell me how cool the van is. They provide a lot of material to answer questions as well as respond quickly if I have other questions not in the included material.

Almost 2 years since purchase of our van. It has brought my wife, daughter, and I on so many adventures that we never would have gone on! There’s nothing quite like pulling up to a remote, hard-to-reach campsite and enjoying everything a Vandoit build has to offer. Not only has our van taken us on unforgettable adventures across the US and Mexico, it’s a vital part of our business. We’ve driven over 75K hard miles with our 350HD Dually and it keeps on surprising us with its capabilities on and off-road. The VDI team is innovative, passionate, and authentic. They’ve been nothing short of extraordinary since we bought our van over 2 years ago.

The last thing they want is a disgruntled owner. I can't think of anyone who has taken possession of their van and been disappointed. Occasionally you may have the person who flakes out during the build process and decides to try and bad-mouth the company, but from my understanding they usually do what they can to remedy the situation. They are an amazing group of people and as an owner who has attended the last 5 or 6 owners xperience gatherings., I consider the employees and other owners as family. I think this is why you see mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews are usually those who never got to experience the joy and think they have a leg to stand on.
