"I have looked for a camper van to replace my old syncro Westy for quite a few years. I came close to pulling the trigger many times, but nothing felt quite right. Everyone was extremely helpful during each step of the process. My biggest problem was that I have trouble visualizing designs and colors from a phone or computer screen. Even with that the final product came out great. People keep coming up to me when I get gas or park anywhere to tell me how cool the van is. They provide a lot of material to answer questions as well as respond quickly if I have other questions not in the included material.

Almost 2 years since purchase of our van. It has brought my wife, daughter, and I on so many adventures that we never would have gone on! There’s nothing quite like pulling up to a remote, hard-to-reach campsite and enjoying everything a Vandoit build has to offer. Not only has our van taken us on unforgettable adventures across the US and Mexico, it’s a vital part of our business. We’ve driven over 75K hard miles with our 350HD Dually and it keeps on surprising us with its capabilities on and off-road. The VDI team is innovative, passionate, and authentic. They’ve been nothing short of extraordinary since we bought our van over 2 years ago.

The last thing they want is a disgruntled owner. I can't think of anyone who has taken possession of their van and been disappointed. Occasionally you may have the person who flakes out during the build process and decides to try and bad-mouth the company, but from my understanding they usually do what they can to remedy the situation. They are an amazing group of people and as an owner who has attended the last 5 or 6 owners xperience gatherings., I consider the employees and other owners as family. I think this is why you see mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews are usually those who never got to experience the joy and think they have a leg to stand on.

We brought our van into the shop for some maintenance and new parts today. The staff was awesome and even offered a tour of the facility. We also found some deals on some used Dometic fridges that were here. Great waiting area with snacks etc and comfy couches. Over all great service and experience here.

Our Vandoit experience was EXCEPTIONAL! The customer service is bar none. Their modular builds are creative, flexible and make a camper van so much more than I ever thought it could be. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a quality build camper van.

First and foremost, I absolutely love my van. It’s my escape pod, my life raft. After 4 years, I’m back at VanDoIt to have upgrades done to it and I’m reminded once again of the greatest value of this company, the customer service. I truly feel like family whenever I contact VanDoIt. Even just basic maintenance questions are welcomed and answered in a way that doesn’t come across as my questions are bothering anyone. I’ll say it again, I love the product that they sell, but equally so, I love the customer service this company provides.
