Which form do I use if my Guru isn’t listed?

• Use the Guru not listed link. This link operates the same way as the others, the only difference is it will be automatically assigned to one of the other Guru’s listed above. 

What if I have someone from weeks ago that I just haven’t ever submitted? 

• When in doubt just submit the referral. It’s possible the person you’re wanting to refer hasn’t reached out to us yet.

How will I know that you received my referral submission?

• You will receive a confirmation email from our lead tracking service. This will allow you to keep a record of anyone you have submitted for referral.
