The last thing they want is a disgruntled owner. I can't think of anyone who has taken possession of their van and been disappointed. Occasionally you may have the person who flakes out during the build process and decides to try and bad-mouth the company, but from my understanding they usually do what they can to remedy the situation. They are an amazing group of people and as an owner who has attended the last 5 or 6 owners xperience gatherings., I consider the employees and other owners as family. I think this is why you see mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews are usually those who never got to experience the joy and think they have a leg to stand on.

These folks are truly passionate about building out quality and functional camper vans that can also be daily drivers. They have thought about and rethought about just about every feature. I am so impressed with my van and all the fun design elements. I’m also excited about all the possibilities for tweaking how we use it. I love the underlying Ford Transit...it drives and feels solid. Everyone was extremely helpful during each step of the process. My biggest problem was that I have trouble visualizing designs and colors from a phone or computer screen. Even with that the final product came out great. People keep coming up to me when I get gas or park anywhere to tell me how cool the van is. They provide a lot of material to answer questions as well as respond quickly if I have other questions not in the included material.
