Everyone was extremely helpful during each step of the process. My biggest problem was that I have trouble visualizing designs and colors from a phone or computer screen. Even with that the final product came out great. People keep coming up to me when I get gas or park anywhere to tell me how cool the van is. They provide a lot of material to answer questions as well as respond quickly if I have other questions not in the included material.

Almost 2 years since purchase of our van. It has brought my wife, daughter, and I on so many adventures that we never would have gone on! They’ve been nothing short of extraordinary since we bought our van over 2 years ago.

Not only do they build the best, most versatile and highest quality adventure vans, they are the nicest group of people you'll ever meet. October 2019 Updated February 17 2023.... I am on my 2nd van currently, not because of any issues with the first van..High Roof LIV w Quigley 4x4, but more of the desire to get an XL DO model with DRW and AWD. My second time dealing with Vandoit was even better than the first since I was now part of the family. By no means was my initial experience disappointing. The always strive to provide the best product, engineering and service after the sale. The last thing they want is a disgruntled owner. I can't think of anyone who has taken possession of their van and been disappointed. Occasionally you may have the person who flakes out during the build process and decides to try and bad-mouth the company, but from my understanding they usually do what they can to remedy the situation. They are an amazing group of people and as an owner who has attended the last 5 or 6 owners xperience gatherings., I consider the employees and other owners as family. I think this is why you see mostly 4 and 5 star reviews. The 1 star reviews are usually those who never got to experience the joy and think they have a leg to stand on.
