Waiting on grants or trying to stretch a tight budget? Let’s fast-track your build. At Vandoit, we specialize in custom financing and lease structures designed to get you behind the wheel without the financial stress.

A Vandoit Guide will be in touch shortly to walk through your financing and lease options.
Keep the van you have. Vandoit builds the mobile clinic, outreach unit or command post inside it at our Missouri plant, and your quote covers the build, not another vehicle.
Tell us the year, roof height and length. A Vandoit commercial specialist follows up personally. No Transit yet? We’ll take a trade.
If a Ford Transit is already in your fleet, the expensive part is done. We quote the upfit on its own and build it into the vehicle you already have.
No chassis hunt. Your van is already titled to you and sitting in your lot. Nothing to source, nothing to wait on.
Your quote is the build. Upfit-only pricing leaves the vehicle out, so every line on the quote is work that goes into your van.
Your Ford warranty stays put. We’re a Ford Pro partner and Qualified Vehicle Modifier. Our work doesn’t void the Ford factory warranty, and the Vandoit warranty covers the upfit.
Bring your own gear. Already own monitors, exam equipment or radios? We can install equipment you supply alongside our build.
Illustration only. Your quote depends on the layout, equipment and your van's configuration.
Our trade policy is wide open. We take cars, trucks and SUVs, and we also take RVs, motorcycles, bicycles, computers, televisions, even container homes. Trade it toward a Transit we already have in stock, then we upfit that.
Tell us what you’re driving now and what it needs to do. We’ll work out whether to upfit what you own, trade it toward the right Transit, or lease one with $0 down.
1
We design to your exact vehicle, so we confirm it before any drawings start. Year, roof height, length, drivetrain, VIN.
2
Layout, power, and connectivity, planned for how your team works in the field. You review a rendering before we build.
3
Drop it at our production facility, or ask us to quote transport to the plant and back to you.

Pick it up at the plant or have it delivered. Our in-house service team supports the upfit after it’s back on the road.

A children’s hospital in Kansas City and a university health system in Texas each sent us a Transit from their own fleet. Here’s what’s going into them.

Your upfit mounts to a modular aluminum skeleton and track system. When the mission changes, the layout can change with it, so the van you upfit today can take on a different job later.
Headquartered in Chillicothe with production in Blue Springs, just outside Kansas City. When we build in your van, the aluminum, the cabinets and the racks come off our own machines.

Three quick steps. We’ll confirm your van is a fit, then a Vandoit commercial specialist reaches out personally. Rather talk now? (816) 944-2229 or commercial@vandoit.com.
Vandoit is a registered NHTSA final-stage manufacturer and our process is RVIA certified. When your upfit is finished, the van receives an alterer certification label documenting the modification.
We build exclusively on the Ford Transit. Send us the year, roof height, length, drivetrain and VIN, and we’ll confirm which layouts fit your van before design starts. Don’t have a Transit? Browse our commercial vans for sale.
Then trade what you do have. Our trade policy covers cars, trucks and SUVs as well as RVs, motorcycles, bicycles, computers, televisions and even container homes, so you can put an unused asset toward a Transit from our inventory and we’ll upfit that. $0 down lease options are available too. See trades.
No. Vandoit is a Ford Pro partner and Ford Qualified Vehicle Modifier, and our modifications don’t void Ford factory warranties. The upfit itself is covered by the Vandoit warranty.
A full Vandoit build includes the chassis. An upfit-only quote leaves the vehicle out and covers the design, parts and labor that go into your van. If you want us to install equipment you already own, we quote that labor too.
You can drop it off at our production facility in Missouri, or we can quote transport to the plant and delivery back to you. We schedule drop-off with you so the van arrives when its build slot opens.
It depends on the layout and our production schedule. Your quote includes a timeline for your specific build, and we confirm the van’s configuration up front so there are no surprises once it arrives.
Yes. Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center awarded its upfit to Vandoit through a public RFP. See our NCSA awarded contract and sole source information for other ways to purchase.
